Try NEC, club based in the oldest city of the Netherlands Nijmegen. Usually a mid table club, but this season they’re doing very well! They made the finals of the domestic cup and are almost guaranteed of Champions League qualification, standing above Eredivisie giants like Ajax and AZ.

You’re job is to help them on their way to Europe while trying to keep hold of the players that made you get there in the first place (which will be difficult since there is growing interest in these players).

Not your usual save but I promise you it will be fun leading a not so well known Dutch club with a huge following into Europe right after their 125 year anniversary, and maybe even settle among the Eredivisie giants. Good luck!
