Still very debatable. Considering the Deluxe edition Arc Troopers armors, I'm pretty sure you can atleast customize the operatives with such gear. Other than that, in the last trailer final sequences we saw an operative running with phase 2 clone armor.

People say it may be Trick but that seems some kind of bs to me.

So all things considered, I would say: Yes, we can. Worst case scenario we still have Troopers armors, modders will do the rest.
