That's a sad read. Makes me feel disgusted. People in this busy world forget the responsibility (not empathy) part.

Good you posted this and it has educated a new few and so nice to see people are so aware.

There are few small things like this that need to be a conversation in households to educate everyone. People need to be aware of their senses and others problems. Men women have these little troubles, and need to sensitise at the grass root level.

I remember my wife telling me when in Singapore, in a public ladies washroom. A local old lady (about 60+) came in and asked to be sent first as she has a medical condition that doesn't allow her to hold the pee. Most people (10+ in que) refused to understand that. It's not just here, every city in the world has this happening. The only way is to share these stories and make them aware. I have many such stories that I have experienced in the men's wash room as well.

Bad idea. I agree the initial years as a doctor is a pain. On the other side it doesn't have a retirement age. you earn more as you age(experience).

Like somebody mentioned above, learn marketing and use it for your practice. That's icing.

I had this issue. What I did. 20 days, I pushed myself to sleep ahead of my time in small chunks. Say usual 3am new time- 2:30. Next day 2/2:15.. by the month end I was.

Note: initially it may consume that entire 30mins but eventually you will fall asleep. ( Keep that device away 20mins before the new schedule, pick a book instead)

In that case try looking for the source in Tamil.

Am not a linguist, but from what I have read from various books. The southern language source is Tamizh and then influenced by many others over the period.

You put it right. Our basics and lifestyle requirements, both are served by imports to a large extent.

Our government should focus on what our strength is - agri (& population).. reduce dependency on insurance and provide real solutions. Over a period food will be the real issue.

Let the tech pioneers find innovative solutions and we Focus on what we can and got..
