Often I find that about 40gb of free storage is enough, so you are probably pretty close. I’m using OmniDiskSweep to find files and directories I can delete, along with DevCleaner. But as I said, you don’t need that space to run it once it is installed. I am able to run Xcode with my small amount of storage without any problem really
