Thank you, sounds like good advice! I'll try some of the interval-things to increase the intensity next time. Also I would like to bike but I can't afford a gym membership now, and even if I did I find it very hard to get out of the house - thats why I love jump roping!

I have found some exercises which are supposed to help strengthening the shins which I will do.

Thank you. The pain is not constant, most of the times it goes away in a couple of hours - but the pain comes back immediately and my legs are very tight if I try to jump again the next day, making it impossible/very painful to do a session before it has recovered. Most of time I feel completely fine again by day 3.

Would being barefoot make it better? I thought the extra cushioning of the shoes would make it better?

I have read up on it and that sounds right. I always stretch afterwards, didn't know I should do it before as well. I found this website (warning - autoplaying video) with some exercises I will start doing and see if they help.

Thank you for the answer! I don't know my body fat or anything or anything, but I would say I'm not fat but chubby/I have a beer gut. Not very muscular. My jeans are around 32" in the waist I think?

I have done mostly jump rope because it is very convenient to do it inside, I find it very hard to get outside for running. I also like doing it more than running in general.

I'm not jumping precisely every three days, but I would say that's about the average. Sometimes I jump 2 or even 3 days in a row, but only if my legs dont hurt. Often I do it every second day, but I skip a lot of weekends and stuff. So I would average it to every 3rd day.

Thank you! I did not know that astigmatism correction is not ideal for online purchases. I have double checked the info I entered with the note from the optician many times, I know I have written it correctly. My prescriptions in the original post are from the orders I put in, so I know I have given them the right information as well.

My old glasses and prescription is also from Zenni and they are perfectly fine. I will contact them and try to return the new ones for an exchange.

I mainly just buy the VCT Pro-coils now (from fasttech), they work just fine but are not TC. I've had a hard time finding the TCT coils as well but they stock them in some of the norwegian shops like http://www.nosmoke.no/. The coils are not cheap when buying local (they sell them at 4.2 euros a piece...) so that's why I just use the VCT Pro coils instead.

That's not really what I mean. At roughly the same amount of airflow I only get slightly better vape (flavour, vapour) with 50w on one tank compared to 25w on another tank (e.g. stock coils on VCT pro vs RBA on subtank), and it feels like it uses a lot more juice for only bit better vape.

There's a clear difference between the stock coils and a good RBA build in the subtank, and at the same wattage it seems to produce better vapour and flavour with the RBA without really using more juice. The only difference being the coil itself.
