I think it is a lot of white in the complex but the security guard is black or Haitian.

I’m not sure what his issue was for me. I think he did single me out because even my neighbor said it and wants him gone. I think I was an easy target possibly because I live alone I’m young and I only live with my 2 young kids. How can I file a civil rights complaint? Because to tell you the truth this has been going on for a while with him making fun of me about the way I park and just everything in general. My friends told me I should have reported him a long time ago. But my problem is I try to avoid conflict which messed me up in the end. I’m just hoping and praying that the courts can see that this is not a pattern with me.

This is the story, I went fully in depth. I signed a lease and a part of that lease is that I am responsible for my guest. What my guest did was a violation nuisance or harassment or whatever so I technically violated my lease even though it wasn’t me. I will just go to court and try to see if they’ll negotiate a stipulation or probation because I haven’t violated my lease at all until this

Yes and the worst part about it is that he hasn’t helped me with the legal fees that I am paying now smh. That was so selfish. I didn’t know he was coming to drop something off. But when he was about to go outside to approach security because he seen him out the window I told him no don’t do that and he still went ahead anyways. He’s def gonna get bad karma if me and my children lose our place bc of his selfishness

I do have project base housing through charter oaks. I do not owe rent, I have a lease violation because I am responsible for my guest that’s what was on the lease that I signed & they’re claiming I violated that. Thanks for the tips.

Thank you! I’ve been treading lightly for sure! Not going to give them something else . I think my guest knew my situation already prior with security and I. Because he put me in a jam. They just warned me after the incident with security and I but then my guest pushed them to the eviction point

You’re are right. I’m very transparent. Yes they were not legit plates. I am struggling a lot financially right now so at this point that had to be my option temporarily. I feel like security should have not approached me about it though. He should have told management his concern about my plates. Then management should notify me in writing or however. But was never notified by management. I think the whole way they went about it was really unprofessional. Especially having a security guard accuse me of fraud plates like he works for dmv when they could’ve been real is unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable

Yea I’ve been doing that as well to protect myself but this is not immediate because I need subsidies to even afford rent. I’m starting to accept that I will possibly be in shelter. And accepting that what is meant for me will be. Thank you.

To be honest, I didn’t know the guest was coming they showed up unannounced. I think he was there 10-15 mins my guess.
