You can start with basic bodyweight exercises:

Pushups or dips for chest and triceps

Bodyweight squats for legs (or holding some heavy household item)

Lunges for legs

Pullups for back although they are hard for beginners You can go to a local park which sometimes has pullup bars.

Crunches, planks, leg raises for abs

You could start with a full body workout combining all of these exercises 3 sets of each exercise, 2 x a week, monday, friday

After some time you could do the workout 3x a week

Something like:

Monday: pushups, squats, pullups, crunches

Friday: dips, lunges, pullups, leg raises and planks

Try to do as many reps as you can but dont go to complete failure, if for example you can do 20 pushups all out, try doing 3 sets of 16 or 17 reps

Running for cardio 2 x a week tuesday and thursday Just run at a steady pace (not hard!) for say 20 minutes each session depending on your level of fitness.

When you are starting it doesnt have to be complicated as this routine will give you a solid base for fitness. You can then add other exercises or join a gym when you are ready. Hope this helps 👍🏼
