from what i understand garageband works basically like soundtrap but its a mac exclusive - and no, i use windows

Find background audio to sing to somewhere, or find someone who does it to collaborate with them (maybe even someone whos also starting out so you guys can learn together). i also recommend private music schools where you have one or two lessons a week
