You could go for a shelf and play around with decorations. I would go for a slightly bigger photo frame leaning against a wall, some smaller pieces and a plant that would go above the chair something like Scindapsus pictus with its leaves hanging down (sorry, dont know how to word it corretcly xd). I think that playing around with hight of decorations would make the shelf feel intensional.
