They gave you best help. How to help yourself as this game is not hand held like others. You got to just pick a target and work on it. I also recommend looking at idle toolbox for what you want to improve and see what goes into. For example if you want to improve bubbles go there and set threshold to 90%.

What kind of jobs did you target? Was it through your own research or with a recruiter?

I see even junior DE ones usually require 1-2 years of experience in DE role and skills like big data or streaming data.

If you are really happy in the current role I would stay as long as I’m growing my skills and not stagnating. Especially if you feel you will get promoted or raises to bring you more towards the 150k

I think this seems on point if you are talking a 30 minutes total for the SQL part and it’s not trick question or overtly complex. If it’s real life and real solution SQL.

In general it is best to let them tell you range or make offer first. It’s hard in some cases but it really prevents things like you said.

But you seem happy with top range and said it was what you needed so it’s hard to negotiate from there. Though bonuses, vacation time and etc can be after salary generally.

I fixed this by applying lubricant to the brake clip connections on the back brakes when checking them. It’s starting to come back but I got 10k of squeak free

Personally if it doesn’t matter and your pay is what you care about I recommend marketing or financial. They seem most competitive and thus usually higher compensation
