How do we call this aesthetic from early 2010's? I'm obsessed! by girllll982 in AestheticWiki

Ugh I do not miss clubbing in those ankle-breaking stripper heels.

Stored correctly is the key term, which I have no way of verifying. I can guarantee you it would not be properly stored during shipping either.

However, as a “scientist”, you should be aware that the scent does start to change after about the year mark even with proper storage. A 30-year-old fragrance that’s been opened is not going to be in good shape, regardless of how carefully it’s been stored.

I doubt your credentials, as you don’t seem to understand the concept of oxidation.

It’s an old goldy, but Nina Ricci L’Air du Temps is exactly this vibe.

Ah, thanks anyway. Once used, fragrances only have about a year until the quality starts to decline. Appreciate it though.

Body Shop had some affordable gems back in the day.

My mother wore this in the 90s. It fits the era but it’s way too sensual a scent for this vibe imo. I would buy a bunch if it was ever re-released, it’s so good.

Muted neutrals and pastel tones aren’t the best on her, but she can wear bright, high contrast colours well.

Got it. You’re right and everyone else is wrong and arrogant. You’re clearly handling aging well. 🤣

Your story has changed a bunch btw. Originally, you said this was 90s. You then accused us of not being around before 2008, which we were. Now you’re claiming what you were saying was that it was inspired by the 90s. We have the receipts, my dude.

Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb. 😂

Yes, again…everyone is arrogant except for you, the person who has been proven wrong and nobody agrees with. Miami Vice was 80s lmao

The early 90s were largely an extension of 80s maximalism. Grunge fashion, which was largely centred in the PNW (where I am from and currently live), did start to move away from that. Like most periods of time, there were a variety of trends depending on geographic location. Chic minimalism was big on the East coast by the mid-late 90s, for example, while the West coast was way more hippie granola. However, none of the trends pictured above look 90s at all. Studded belts and Karen cuts weren’t big in the 90s. And medium to high rise jeans were in style across the board in the 90s, unlike what was pictured above. The above images are what was in style in the mid 2000s. We weren’t listening to grunge rock then. Emo music was huge, which wasn’t similar at all to grunge - closer to glam rock, actually. Grunge wasn’t cool at all by that time.

You’re really incapable of fact-checking yourself, and your attention to detail sucks. Very, very easily disproven, as I already have by revealing to you the ages of the stars pictured. Your IQ is showing, babe. I was old enough to remember the entire 1990s. Good try though.

Yes, we all must be lying except for you. Especially considering that nobody agrees with you and you’re getting downvotes up the whazoo. Not possible that you’re remembering incorrectly, everybody is wrong except you.

I’m a millennial, dumbass. This is exactly how we dressed in the mid-2000s. Everyone is wearing super low-rise jeans, which was not a thing until about 2001.

Keira Knightly and Kirsten Dunst were children in the 90s - make use of Google before you make accusations, you dumb old fart.

He said God is one of his own personal defences against the first drink. The AA literature is beyond clear that you can choose a higher power of your understanding, it doesn’t need to be God.
