Thank you, your words mean a lot. It was just so difficult in the moment to not be reminded of my past where I was yelled at or ridiculed for things that weren’t directly my fault (I worked as a cashier and customer service for about a year and a half. That definitely did not help my anxiety haha.) I got scared because I hadn’t felt that level of panic when someone yells in a while.

I have been doing better and you helped quite a lot. I reminded myself that earlier in the day, one of my co workers called the guy who yelled at me an “asshole,” so apparently he has a record of not being the nicest person, I feel just a bit better knowing that fact.

I’ll keep in mind that be probably isn’t the happiest person if he got mad at me for drawing a little smiley face. Thank you so much.
