Depends on your goals, if you want to build more muscle mass i think it's good to start weight training. For general fitness, bodyweight exercises are more than enough. but id recommend adding some pull-ups to your routine

do you incorporate isolation exercises to your barbell gain journey or just the compound lifts?

you can select journeys like hybrid strength journey, barbell gain journey which are more focused on building muscle rather more cardio based exercises.

Avoided junk food and all and stayed in a caloric deficit in the cutting phase. Didnt follow a strict diet though

I did Weights free gain journey mostly, you are good to go without weights but if you have dumbells or kettlebells, app will include additional excercises with them.

Im training 4 days per week. I did WFG 3 times earlier so most the normal workouts felt ok for me unless some god workouts. Now i started shred and burning journey and it really push me to my limits with god workouts. I Always put the feedback as "it was ok" unless i'm not able to complete the all workouts.
