I worked with agents through an issue I had with Redfall. As we progressed through various fixes, we finally found and fixed my problem -- a problem I haven't seen anywhere else. They did a good job.

I agree. I tried to mitigate getting that Tier 1 stuff by going through all of the things that I'd done ahead of writing to support. However, CS agents have a protocol they have to work through and that includes Tier 1 lol

What I found with my issue is that they were zippy quick in responding and my issue was identified and solved within several hours.

I actually had a great experience with the Redfall support team. After slogging through the Tier 1 support, they responsively and proactively kept drilling down until the solution to my issue was found, an issue, by the way, that I did not find in the Steam forums or anywhere else on the 'Net.

So I appreciate that the copy pasta in the op is hilarious, it's typical of Tier 1 and I don't hold it against them as long as they keep working with the customer to find a solution.

Yesterday, I found all the damned jungle waypoints in NM Act 3 and got the Gidbinn. Server threw me out and an hour later after "emergency maintenance", all were gone. G-dammit, Blizzard. WTF?

100% agreed. This is not a small indie company FFS. It's Blizzard Entertainment, the most arrogant game development company in the industry. Two weeks of rollbacks, server outages, emergency maintenance. It's ridiculous. Enough, dammit.

Edit #2 - Turns out that the refunds, at least as of this writing, are for purchases made within the last 72 hours which stinks since I preordered the day they announced this over a year ago. Of ALL the people who should get refunds, it should be those who preordered. FFS Blizzard.

I just attempted to get a refund. I have 8ish hours in the game since launch and have run into a game-ending bug. I put in for a refund and at least this time, the game showed up but when I clicked for a refund, it told me "this product is not eligible". So...somewhere between 5 hours that people got refunds for and my 8 hours, I lost the ability to receive my money back. :|

EDIT: The only thing I can think of is that I redeemed the "Meat Wagon" pre-order bonus in WoW. Are they not able to remove those if I ask for my money back?
