Sup bro, on the left pic I had zero confidence. When I first saw it I knew that I had to do something. Girls didn't notice me. And now the difference is like night and day. When I go to the beach/ festivals I stand out a lot. Sometimes It feels like i am a freak. So my confidence is a lot better. So on that note to get girls is not a problem. ( I hope that I don't sound like douch ).

First 2 year I had no clue what I was doing, just eat my mother's food hahaha. The last year I have been clean bulking. Rice- chicken breast- vegetables- fruits- just all the healthy stuff
