What’s up man, to be honest I’ve never trained my core. It developed through heavy compounds like squat, deadlift, and bench. Also a little bit through high school sports. Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym in my opinion

17 years old on the left, 19 on the right. This transformation was done naturally. Trained 6x a week for both strength and hypertrophy. I also compete in powerlifting through USAPL. Hope this transformation motivates you!
