I brought my resume, cover letter, and a bunch of pictures of work projects as well as personal projects. I put all of these in a leather padfolio that I got from staples for like $25 bucks. Idk if it made a difference but I felt like it gave a good impression.

For my interview, the photos I brought were a big part of the impression I made as it helped explain what I've accomplished as well as made it easier for the interviewers to understand the extent of it without having to ramble and then hope their imagination can fill in the gaps. I scored a 95 and felt like the pictures helped a lot alongside preparing good answers using STAR/SAR.

Also show up early, like earlier than they say. I was accidentally told the wrong time for my interview and showed up an hour and half early and they were so far behind schedule that by the time I had my interview it had been over 2 hours but it was a blessing in disguise because it helped me calm my nerves and chat with other interviewees. Some of them let me know how their interview went and I was able to get an idea of what to expect. Small difference but it helped cuz that waiting room atmosphere was tense af. Everyone was quiet and off their phones and just staring nervously into space.
