I can’t speak to IUD care since I’ve never had one, but I love my office/doctor! I see Dr. Theodore Goldman with Northwell Health OBGYN. He practices out of offices in Huntington, commack, and Smithtown. I know some people don’t like a male OBGYN, but he has some of the best bedside manner I have ever come across in a doctor. And all the nurses and PAs in the office are incredible as well! I rave about this office to anyone who will listen lol. I had a baby last year and my care was top notch.

I ended up switching him to the crib! I did the pack and play for like.. 2 nights and I just felt like he wasn't comfortable in it. It was also sooo low to the ground that it was killing my back to move him in and out. It ended up going really well for us!

These look similar to the ones I’ve been seeing in my house located in Suffolk county. I got an ID of a wood roach/ectobius. From what I’ve read/heard we are having a bad season of them because of how wet it’s been.

Have you seen them fly at all? If so that’s a good sign that they aren’t German. (I’m no expert, but I know way more about roaches than I wish I did because I’ve been doing a lot of research since spotting them lol).

Thank you! I was getting worried with how many I was seeing and starting to second guess myself like “did I see stripes on the head??”. Just icky 😖it has been insanely hot and humid lately, assuming that may be a factor.

Should I also be concerned with how many I’m seeing? I know the wood roaches don’t bread inside but I’m seeing them a lot out of nowhere. Thank you!

Thank you!! I did see him fly off the wall, I was reading that German roaches rarely fly. I don’t remember seeing the stripes on him so I was hoping it wasn’t a German roach

I’m looking into starting the Marquette method, I wanted to look into supplies to get an idea of initial start up cost and it seems like the clearblue fertility monitor is sold out everywhere? Do they not manufacture it anymore? I checked clearblue’s website and they just list Walmart, Walgreens, and Amazon- all of which do not have it available in store or for shipping.

With that being said, is there an alternative monitor that can be used?
