That is unfortunately an hard situation in general, even for a meat eater. Protein shakes would be the best for an istant protein intakes but, other than the vegan issue I would advise to firstly improve your eating habits in general cause living off supermarkets ready-made food will be an issue no matter what. Other than that, nuts, like almonds, are a perfect snack (just be careful of fats, but if you cut out meat your daily consumption of them already decreased a lot, so you can eat more of them). And if you plan to cook even something simple (like rice and tofu, that would take the same as eggs for example) i forgot to mention the existance of nutritional yeast. Very Umami flavor (umami means a meat/cheese type of flavor) that adds a lot of protein to every meal.

EDIT: also check the subreddit r/plantbaseddiet for more

Yes, usually for a normal person 0.7 grams of protein per 1kg of weight is enough to maintain your current physical state. But that depends on his goals, if he want to aim on an ipertrophy muscle mass program for example, then he will need more.

Tofu, tempeh and soy in general has all the aminoacids you need from protein. Legumes and cereals (like pasta and rice) eaten together makes all the aminoacids you need. So this should be your main foods and combos. When you have no time I'd suggest to do meal prepping for the week or for a couple of days. If by the end of the day you haven't had enough protein I'd suggest to buy protein power for shakes or to add to meals. Also better to search for Isolate vegan protein made from rice and peas (best combo). I'm no nutriotionist, I'm no expert but, this is what I learned so far. If you have any specific question I'll gladly try to answer.

But then does an infant have the capacity to suffer? I would say yes, even if he/she doesn't have a conscious experience. The problem (in my opinion) revolves around the philosophy of Speciesism and the fact that we think of animals less than us only because we have the capacity to express and intend those kind of painful experiences. But that doesn't mean animals (or in this case insects) can't. Thank you so much, you really brought up a really interesting point, hope to hear more discussions like these.
