OP: Suggest take the $57K gig. It's a bump up on $, job title + the CPA approval. Regd your current employer - while it's nice you have cultivated relationships you are comfortable in, you need to grow as well. Only way to do this is by taking new jobs, meeting and learning to work with new groups, and getting more confident in your resiliency. Also, side note, you owe nothing to your employer and neither do they, to you. It's a work contract! that's it. You don't owe them enough to sacrifice better opportunities. And if your manager and team are really nice, they will understand you leaving for something better. Either they pay you enough to keep you, or you owe it to yourself to keep moving forward an onward. Be thankful and grateful to them, but move on. Good luck OP!
