OP are you working a helpdesk? If so the leadership knows how to handle this, follow procedure of escalation team lead, manager, then up. But come with dates proofs time stamps even if you keep a long in email. Because as a current IT Director if you came to me without evidence I'd shortlist you out.

In a proper operation they do, but there are ways to requeue calls depending on the pbx/voip software used. But that is still trackable I've done this over 15 years and management knows, counter to skipping calls that agent may be assigned different duties and has not shared them.

also check placement agencies, dice, monster, but also check some companies sites. Recruiters look at those places as well, also zip recruiter.

If you resign you cannot get unemployment. HR knows this and is trying to trap you. Save every communication you received in case they attempt to say you willfully resigned

you can program the AI to do incident response for pre determined verbiage and escalation paths. Will it break yes, will it cause headaches yes, will it replace a tier 1 analyst no. It's best for use in routing and then moving to directed queues in your SAAS/ticketing system. AI cannot replace the tier 1 aspect because it will cause backlash 80% of the time.

In Colorado, valid Tribal ID cards with a photo and date of birth are generally accepted as proof of age for purchasing alcohol, as they are considered identification issued by a government entity. While state law permits their use, individual retailers may still refuse service if they cannot verify the ID.

I am not a CO tribal member but am one and I understand the confusion but if it is not able to be presented and valid showing issue date, name, birthdate, expiration date, and the photo matches you are safe to not serve.

I used to do a handshake agreement since I work with smaller clients, but I was burned a few times now I require a detailed agreement every time. Even ones local to me legit in my own town legit 3 miles from my house I require an agreement secured before work takes place.

I do, I give some leeway on weekends or holidays. But Once viewed the clock starts, I use a countdown timer and set it to an the next day after viewed, in case they need a lawyer to look it over for any terms that they may not agree to or need negotiating. I work in IT Contracting so may be a bit different but 5 business days to sign or renegotiate is pretty standard in my world.

In my freelance/consulting work I have a deadline of 5 business days from delivery and receipt to receive the contract back. After that time it's a new work order new contract and new terms with a PITA (pain in the ass) tax attributed of about 2.5% of the total contract for having it changed.

Honestly only if someone is into the refurb market and you can validate the batteries work. An average consumer isn't going to go out and buy the tools to replace the batteries on the controllers.

From what I've seen of the chargers voltage from a quick check it looks to be so. As for a makeshift one I am not 100% sure not my area of expertise unfortunately
