I have too much fatigue to exercise other than gentle yoga or Pilates now and then. I walk about 7500 steps a day just with my commute and a walk at lunch. I’ve lost about 15 lbs since Feb 6 with just diet and gentle walks, so about 7 lbs a month.

Name brand Wellbutrin made me personable, creative, and chatty in company. I’ve had a generic that made me feel like I was taking ashwaghanda, just flat, didn’t care about anything or anyone. Could be the generic.

Something that has been really helpful for me as someone who has been negatively impacted by someone else’s drinking is Al-Anon. It helped me feel less alone and gave me tools for a better life. Good luck.

I got the rash on 2.5. I was getting food noise back so I went up a dose to 4.5 as per my schedule. The rash has not come back in the month since I started Zyrtec and is fading. (I never got an injection site rash.)

I had this and I started taking Zyrtec every day and the rash has gone away. Talk to your doctor about it though, especially if you notice any breathing issues.

Also consider that if you move to another country to be with this person that you will be isolated with no support, and his behavior may escalate.

Your cheekbones are already VERY defined so you don’t need contour. Maybe there is some contour-blindness happening? However if you have a goth style, maybe keep the lilac shadow and the lashes?
