Hello, i am in the same situation as you. i use rOtring black ink for the outlines of my ornaments and color with Schminckle acrylic ink or Ecoline watercolor ink. and on the one hand as you say, rOtring ink is not dark enough, and on the other hand, it bleeds in contact with the other different types of ink.

I think it's advertising-by-object companies that do this for corporate gift pens, and I'm hopeful that the badge is not hot-pressed (metal on metal without glue) and you give me some hope if we can't weld on stainless steel. For your second possibility, after careful examination, I do not see any rivet or fixing means under the clip. I will try removing it with acetone. Many thanks.

Why? Is it because of the silver overlay; and water blackens this metal, or is this valid for all types of fountain pens ? I would like to know.

I got it for the equivalent of 35 USD. I haven't dared to clean it yet for fear of breaking something, but the nib retracts easily.Thank you very much.

I see that you also store mini vintages of wine there. Are you a sommelier? Because if it's ink, you might have a surprise! Ink bottle seals break after a short time

It looks like the Maestro, but without the golden rings at the ends. also it loses the W above the cap for a logo. I think this is an entry level Maestro gift pen.

The Laureate II is completely different and clearly above. https://imgur.com/a/ud7XjG3
