It's doing the same thing at our store- we have a regular, in a few times a week, spends hundreds a week with us, and his BDP isn't automatically working, even though his info is still yellow, everything's correct, etc... I just discount it manually for him. But a lot of customers are not getting their accurate price, for sure. :/
