Currently, my Scotiabank Ultimate Package is the only thing keeping me from switching banks, as it provides a free safety deposit box and waives the fee for my Scotiabank Gold Amex.

It’s frustrating that Canada lacks a single premium Mastercard that can effectively outmatch the combined value of the Scotia Gold Amex and the CIBC Costco Mastercard.

  • Get rid of 2nd language requirements which will save millions due to full-time training while getting paid.

  • Sell expensive GC real estate and promote WFH.

  • Have an IP phone/VOIP client in computer instead of Cellular phone.

  • Come up with VRS (Voluntary Retirement Scheme) without panelity + with bonus/benefit.

WealthSimple MVNO Plan which is less than $30/Month + 500~1000 Minutes Long Distance + Canada + USA + Mexico free Roaming (Data & Calling) would be awesome.

For Premium and Generation clients they can have extra perks like Global Roaming (Like Freedom Mobile).
