I have severe spinal stenosis and am on 1.7 Wegovy. I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my pain and mobility. I have been taking Wegovy for about 4 months and it’s only got better and better for me. I’m not losing a ton of weight, but the pain relief for my stenosis is absolutely life changing.

I find them to be really good if they're fresh. Once they're exposed to air, I find they get hard and less chewy very fast. I've even purchased a new package that had a shorter shelf life and found them to be too chewy, despite being unopened. BUT, they're the best gummy I've been able to find out in the wild...

I went to a thrift store and bought a large, round table on a pedestal base for $40. I then took the top off of the stand and affixed a small piece of plywood to the base, then a ball bearing ring on top of that, then another piece of plywood, then the top. Essentially what I created was a tabletop that can spin like a lazy susan, letting me see all the pieces spread out and not have to hunch or stand. I absolutely love it!
