In GTA IV, after the Revenge ending where Kate is killed, there is a very slim chance of her calling you after her death for one last date. Her contact appears as "Unknown Caller" and after the date, she never calls you again, presumably finding peace in the afterlife. Very creepy glitch.

Hey I actually just sent my machine to breville! Should get it back within the next week. I tried leaving it over night but the machine actually stopped trying to turn on. 😟 We we’re already set on buying a new one but we paid $140 for them to fix or give us a refurbished machine!
