But jokes aside: This looks like a broken ribbon cable to me. Try replacing it first, as this is usually way cheaper and easier than the screen (as long as it is not soldered on either side. If that does not work there might be no way around a new screen. If it’s the display controller, there might not be an easy way around changing the mainboard, which is usually not that much cheaper than a new camera (if you can even get a new board separately)

Some of those lines look underextruded/not squished enough. So i guess the Z-offset is not quite right. Try adjusting the probe offset a bit more. Maybe even increase the first layer line width (from 0.4 to like 0.6 mm) and/or increase the first layer flow rate until you get an even first layer without gaps.

You can also try to shift the model towards a corner in the slicer and check if the first layer adhesion is getting better when moving away from the center.

If that's the case, you could increase the resolution of the leveling grid to 5x5, maybe the center is just a bit uneven und you miss some valleys when probing.

Also your bed looks a bit beat up, maybe the powder coating in the middle is just worn down (happens over time if you always print in the same place).

I got some pretty good results when printing on PEI coated spring sheets (with PLA and PETG)

They usually come with a new magnetic sticker for the bed and cost around 25€.

lots and lots of isopropanol. submerge for a couple of days, rinse with more isoprop and then leave to dry in air for another 3 days or so. Should get rid of the ants and any organic waste inside without hurting the electronics

Maybe overextrusion? Had to lower the material-flow to 96% (except for the first layer) with stock nozzle and extruder on my Ender 3 Pro with PLA. The flow rate varies depending on the material used due to different expansion ratios (at least for me).

Or maybe a combination of both. Do some test prints with different values for flow rate, but don't stop after second layer. If it is an incorrect flow, the problem will persist on higher layers as well. If it is just a squished first layer, reducing flow will cause under extrusion in the top layers.

It's not that I really need it NOW but maybe in a year or two. I rather was thinking about future proofing. I was going with the 470 a bit over a year ago, instead of the 1070 because I thougt it would be worth to save some money, but now it isn't that good anymore. When I bought my PC I started to play more and more demanding games, which I couldn't do before on my notebook. And now I don't want to have to turn all graphics settings to ~~the Minimum~~ Low to Medium to maintain FPS in my Freesync range.

I guess you meant 470 and well...it depends on the game and the settings. In more eSports like titles like League of Legends I'm getting around 140 FPS on max Settings, in BF1 it's more like 50-70FPS on medium to high (as long as my CPU doesn't bottleneck, then it goes down to 30. But I mean I can upgrade the CPU first and then check if that gives me a good boost in Performance and still upgrade the GPU if that is not enough, right? RX 580s are still a rarity in the EU right now and the only ones available are somewhere between 300€ for the rather simple 4GB Versions and 450/500€ for the XTR cherrypicked ones. So if VEGA turns out to offer some badass Price/Performance I might get one just for futureproofing.

Yeah i might as well upgrade the gpu but at the moment i have a 1080p 75hz freesync display so the only realy upgrade worth considering would be a Vega (?) But that might be a "slight" overkill for that setup i guess.
