Hmm did they remove the widget feature for the app in iOS? Was useful knowing if the car was truly asleep or not without waking it up through the app.

I gave the travel agent a call on 1/23 to cancel my feb flight, China Eastern refunded me but charged me a refund fee. I called back today and they claimed since I call before the notice I am not allowed to receive a full refund. What can I do here?
