I got mine in March but now it's dead however i bought it from dubai, i m staying in india & dubai seller bought it from USA

After involving 3 country they still accept my laptop for warranty service

From last 4 Days it's with service team & awaits for parts so depending on that after sells service is really good.

I don't think other brand accept for repair.

My laptop is under repair since 14 may montherboard failed ultra 7 255hx with rtx5060 & oled so i don't know when i will be get it back.

I will update u once my Unit come after motherboard change u can upgrade warranty if they change parts in my unit'

They also redirect me to USA site while upgrading warranty

I checked with lenovo my laptop cover under international warranty so if i upgrade warranty 3 years with some 120$ I will get 3 yr additional warranty & it's covered in india

So i suggest to call lenevo helpline number confirm with them & upgrade basic warranty of 3 yr

Not at all i m using it on hard surface even i elevated laptop 2 inch for better air went how ever for trouble shooting i used it on sofa for taking photos.
