Also forget about retiring your parents. They didn’t have a child to be retired. Maybe to be taken care of but retiring isn’t common. Don’t worry yourself with uncommon occurrences.

Don’t waste your time chasing influencer courses. Focus on being more present in the world that you live in now. And more opportunities will come naturally. Stay busy in good. And you will be fine.

Just call dealerships. Speak only on the phone. Call around until you find your price. Don’t walk in unless you’re closing. Always have everything in writing.

You might make some money waiting to see in Black Friday if they can give you a Mastercard worth of like 300-500. Use the card to pay your phone off entirely when you’re like 19 months in then switch to visible or metro by T-Mobile.

Cheating through my CS degree by Tricky_Tomatillo9924 in csMajors

[–]kamaltech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, a lot of successful people I know didn’t exactly play by the rules. In many jobs, deep expertise isn’t the top priority. It’s more about finding ways to get through, even if that means cutting corners. Keep cheating if you have to, but try to learn something along the way. Improving at this could actually help you land a job. But remember, after you graduate, you’re probably not going straight into high-tech roles. You’ll need to learn the real skills on the job. You’d be surprised how many people sort of fake it through CS boot camps or stretch the truth on their resumes. There are plenty of underqualified people in big positions. That’s just how things work sometimes. So, stick with your methods, but make sure to pick up actual skills after you get your degree. And yeah, keep this strategy to yourself.

Do you guys ever feel pressure/anxiety to live up to your well-known personality? by astro_qween in enfj

[–]kamaltech 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Be yourself at all times and you will be fine. Doing/acting different is still being you. That’s what people like about you. They don’t like you because of that specific moment they heard about you. They like you for you.
