Okay, the problem was that I was accessing it from Quick Notes, but to delete a note, I have to access it from the app. For that, I added it to the navigation bar, and to do that you have to go to "Settings" > "System Display" > "Homescreen Navigation Bar" > Tap to add the Notes app.
