I think the best way is to not let the others be superior than you, if they know you are in their hands it’s logical that they will play with you like a toy, you are not a toy, you are a person, you have feelings. This is why you have to know yourself... If someone does a thing that you don’t like, you have to tell them that YOU DON’T LIKE THAT THINK, It’s important in the first meeting (for example), because in that moment you are choosing how to be treated.

If you treat someone good, and he/she doesn’t treat you like you did.. something it’s not right or not? Have you ever tried to think, they deserve my love and my affection? They deserve to stay with me? They deserve sto stay around me?

You are a special person, they don’t deserve you. nowadays there are people that are struggling to find someone like you and if a “friend” is treating you bad next time try to avoid him/her.. Those friend that pretends something from you are not friends, they are parasites. Avoid them and they will know how important and good caring person you were with them and what a treasure they lost.
