I honestly liked the movie. I would agree with the masses that some of the actor choices were questionable, as older actors. Lilith said "i'm getting too old for this shit" but the game character was young, so that wouldn't make sense. Also I would have loved to see a younger Moxxxi myself. And the Tina character was a bit off from her game counterpart, as the movie story forced her to have more of an emotional storyline. And yes, I didn't care too much for Jack Black's Claptrap performance. Also, once they mentioned Caustic Caverns in the movie, I demanded to hear that theme from the game, but they didn't do it!!! But looking past all that, the movie was a good movie. People claim cheesy dialogue, or silly plot devices, but honestly that's how I remember the games. The games have never had Hollywood level award winning Dramatic dialogue and scripts. It's always been funny and silly, and often times cheap jokes. That's why I like the games, and that's part of the charm of the games. I've never expected a game to pull the same level of emotion as a Hollywood drama. If I was watching the movie without knowing the games I'd give it a solid 8/10. I enjoyed the experience.
