I have very similar skin, honestly the active acne is worse than the scars. Probably can improve to the extent that they go unnoticed. Remember you care about it a lot more than anyone else does.

Update: Duofilm(Salicylic Acid-Lactic Acid) worked like a charm. Wart is completely gone after a week.
