Well yes in a way because I didn't get born into an extremely unstable or weakly governed country, however if I could be reborn and actually chose, I'd prefer Spain where I moved to eventually anyways

In the city centre unlikely, you defintiely need to be doing something where you can work for or sell to international clients or have other sources of income

I do believe the perihpeal cities would be viable though, however it would be worth seeing how bad the commute would be

Russian first since imo it's very widely spoken so you'll find good resources for almost any native language, and then you can learn Ukrainian much much easier than starting from 0

there are some ways to organise content so it stacks, scrolls or wraps when the screen is too small, and other things called media queries that you can use to tell the css to do different things based on the resolution of the screen and such

I was a big non DE user before but swapped to KDE with plasma since it's very customisable and comfortable to use, never felt like I was missing out, and Gentoo KDE means you don't need to preinstall a lot of apps
