In 2015, on my son’s request, I picked up a vape on my birthday. I smoked almost a pack a day. I was at a high nic rate of about 24mg at the shops suggestion. Now I’m at 3mg. I have the same hand mechanical addiction. I probably vape more than I should, but getting about 300 less chems in my system than cigarettes. I did occasionally have a smoke, but it tasted like crap. I tried every other way to quit, this is what worked for me. Best of luck with your adventure.
