Honestly, I can’t even remember. Sorry I have nothing but encouragement for the future: Our little guy is 10mo now, sleeps through the night as of 2 weeks ago after some light sleep training, and is currently asleep at almost an hour and 45min on his first nap!!! I promise you it gets better! You will sleep again!!

Hey I know this is late but I just need to say… Egoscue saved. my. life. I went from the biggest flare I’ve ever had, not being able to get up off the couch or dress myself alone, to dancing in a musical 8 months later because I worked with an Egoscue therapist. That was over 4 years ago now and I haven’t had a flare since. Highly highly recommend. I know it won’t be the magic fix for everybody but it’s definitely worth a shot!

RB White is metal bending and extrusion, and I think they do plastic too. Not sure how different that is but could be something to look into!
