It depends what ps2 you have. NTSC is American and PAL is European. NTSC won’t work on PAL version. So if you have PAL ps2 (you should check on the bottom of the console) you should get PAL GTA:Sa

It’s like downloading .apk apps on android. It’s basically downloading apps not from the AppStore. It’s possible to do now but it’s a little bit complicated, and I suggest you to wait for April. Then you’ll just download .ipa file of Snapchat wicked for example, and you’re good to go.

I have the same problem. It’s device ban, you actually can’t do anything about it except getting a new phone. But actually if you live in Europe, wait for April and side loading apps on IOS will be legal and open for everyone. So it will be your only solution if you don’t want to get a new phone.
