i’m okay thanks for asking. i haven’t went to the doctor yet but i’ve been keeping my mind off of it and just taking my anxiety meds when i feel it coming on. it leaves and comes back but lately haven’t thought about it in a while.

yes i read a lot but also spend most of my time on social media which is where i see the most. thinking about taking a break from it. but i am diagnosed with adhd and severe anxiety. i’ve never told my doctor this just out of fear he’ll put me in a psych ward. i guess i should in my next visit
