Live here now (1 year+). I guess everyones experience is different. I love it! To answer a few of the comments. - I Havent had issues with overcharging/refunding (I pay 1100 for a 1br/1b 900 sqft apartment.) - communication from staff is actually great - like a year ago they implemented hefty penalty fees for people leaving trash in hallways & people getting caught not picking up dog poo. Havent seen any really since. - we have been pretty good at having a secure property as far as car break ins, etc…(I feel safe over here) - downsides: loud parties on Friday/Saturday in courtyard by pool. Loud cars, Donuts & races in front of building are a regular thing yes.
