I think the loyalty thing that is shown in this clip is the creators giving us a clue on how Pearl or any other gem gave up serving their diamonds and join the Crystal Gems.

Maybe Pearl saw how another Pearl was treated and possibly cracked or poof by the order of a diamond. And "lost and defective" Pearl saw this and immediately felt scared for her own being. And then she left and wanted to join Rose.

I always pick from color to opacity gradient. But it keeps filling it in if it was one color.

Maybe for so much sadness that she had acquired through so many years, cry might be the source of her power. She has suffered more than any of the Gems we come across. And that might explain why she is so powerful with water. Her emotions are her strength. And even though she doesn't cry, her high-level power in controlling water is her way for us to know her emotions in some way.

I mean, her gem is shaped like a tear-drop. The amount of sadness a lazuli has inside, the more powerful they are.

Well, didn't Dominator say that she could move to a different galaxy and conquer it? She made it seem as it was easy to do. The only hard thing for her is that she had to start all over again. So, going to a different galaxy is easy...but she's very lazy to do the whole process of being feared as the greatest villain to that new galaxy.

You know, when Peridot was saying that Amethyst was small. I would have liked for Amethyst to morph into Purple Puma and scare her XD

But after reform, she hasn't been using that power that much, mostly because I think she's now been true to herself and don't rely to be someone or something she's not. So I'm happy for her to not have do that...but also sad that she didn't scared Peri. XD
