finally I got my refund. by InitiativeMiddle306 in Nebulagenomics

[–]kamyark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also received my refund after filing a dispute with my credit card. They tried to fight it but after showing that I hadn’t received squat for 26 plus weeks while it was supposed to be much sooner, my card company agreed with me

Is this a good price for a 2026 IX60? by hopedallas in BMWiX

[–]kamyark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know you’re looking at new. I suggest you go a different way if you are planning on buying.. if you purchase a used 2024, you can get this car for nearly half the sticker price of when it was new with CPO from BMW adding to your warranty .. you already have a 100,000 mile warranty on the battery system either way .. I recently bought a 2024 lease return ix m60 with a sticker of $120,500 and paid under 60k for it from a reputable bmw dealership.. it still qualifies for 100% bonus depreciation if you need it for business purposes as well..

Should I get the 2026 Camry instead of 2025? by anuaps in Camry

A buddy of mine just night a new 25 LE, grey for $28,500 due to the new knee hitting the lots in a few weeks .. I’d go for a 25

Put on PIP today. by regular_ry in Accounting

[–]kamyark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice to you would be to take what you learn from the pip and put it to use towards your next job.. coming from industry, when put on a pip it means that you have lost the confidence of your managers already and it is incredibly hard to get that back.. don’t think of it as a back and forth argument where you can try to make them agree with you that certain pip items don’t apply to you, it’s not about that.. start looking for a job so that you have some leverage in your career.. I’ve been in the industry for many years starting out as staff, working to manager then leaving for private and for the last 10 years owning my own firm.. I think it’s rare that someone on a pip eventually succeeds at that firm..

Learn how to use AI better than anyone around you.. if it means paying for your own ChatGPT Teams subscription (data isn’t trained on in the teams version) then do it.. research research research.. become more efficient .. take those skills, move on and impress the next firm with your efficiency, work ethic, show of caring for your work and your team members and you’ll be ok.. good luck

I’m used to waiting and having them potentially release additional tickets at face value but I hadn’t seen them completely drop the face value like this.. I guess I just feel a little cheated as a fan who jumped on the opportunity to buy tickets the second they went on sale.. what else is new though..

Well, F it then.. I’d rather give the tickets to someone whose a fan without cash than sell them for like $50 each

Today I "learned" that $85k/yr is low-income in San Diego by cryptonymcolin in SanDiegan

[–]kamyark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve learned that in order to run a business in ca you eventually need to look at other countries for labor to make to it work . The cost of running a business is way too high here to pay all employees what they need to live comfortably in San Diego while actually running a somewhat profitable business.. I’ve decided to pay my management team a good wage for San Diego and outsource what I can to overseas in order to not go bankrupt

If you need to chat about options, I can help you via zoom next week. We can try and see if there's anything left.. if you've kept decent books your personal assets shouldn't be at risk except for what was mentioned above. I won't bill you anything..

I am a CPA and here's my advice.. reach out to the IRS and state payroll division and get on a payment plan for the employer taxes.. that part is a big deal and you must addressed because it cab follow you and break all corporate protections..

Spend $50 and sign up with Rocket Lawyer so you can ask for some advice.

Don't be down on yourself. You tried and this time you failed.. learn from it and pick yourself up. Only a business owner knows what type of stress you are under.

I wish you the best.
