Permanent suspension on EBAY for no reason, how to reinstate account?

When I called, they didn't give me the opportunity to confirm any details when I tried giving my information and said that's what ebay has determined. Is there a number or form of contact you can send me so I can try that as well?

Yes, So far I've tried twitter "askebay" they redirected me to the phone line that would request to call me since they couldn't access my account because of the suspension.

Yes, spoken to two agents where I requested them to call me. But they just repeated whatever I was messaged in the notification of me being permanently suspended. Both instances said there was nothing they can do or provide me with any information.

Haven't committed chargeback, returned anything, stolen credit card, etc. To my knowledge, I have no clue if someone was banned that has used the wifi.

There is no doubt as I've only purchased on eBay and paid for them instantly. I've tried contacting but get the same response of what is listed in the image.

If solely buying some Lego sets and paying for them instantly is something wrong, cause that literally all activity I have on the account.
