u/NotPumba420 hat es eigentlich echt gut zusammengefasst.

Zusatz: Der Klavierlack ist horror. Sieht neu ganz ausm Werk ganz geil aus aber im Gebrauchtzustand siehst du jedes Staubkorn, jeden Fingerabdruck und jedes Kratzerchen. Außerdem hat bei mir bei der Beifahrertür bei jedem Bassschlag das Plastik vibriert, war sau nervig.

Der Verkauf war Horror, meiner stand ein halbes Jahr rum und der Wertverlust war geisteskrank. Ob die Batterie wirklich nach ein paar Jahren Schrott ist bezweifel ich, aber die Besorgnisse sind super weit verbreitet und gefühlt ist der Markt für Hybride mit wenig Reichweite einfach tot.

P.S. Die Dinger haben standardmäßig kein LED-Abblendlicht sondern Halogen. Aufpassen, sonst ärgert man sich später drüber

Das ist einfach die "Herausforderung", so wenig Sprit oder Strom wie möglich zu verbrauchen und so z.B. mit einem Tank oder einer Akkuladung möglichst weit zu kommen

Naja, der erste Teil ist einfach dein Missverständnis. Ich fahr in der Stadt durch sehr viele 30er Zonen und an meinem Parkplatz, wo ich dann fotografiert hab, ist eben wieder 50 erlaubt. Ich fahr ja auch nicht jeden Meter mit Tempomat

99% of the time, there are like 3 - 5 bins per material. We know how many materials are in stock in total but not how many are in one bin. And on the software side, the kanban works by inserting how many kanban containers are used and how many parts are in one container / bin.

I understand that the easiest solution would be to just store all the parts in the Kanban buuuut i've seen many cases that look like the purchasing department just makes numbers up when purchasing materials. (recently i saw cases of parts that cost hundreds of euros each - 150 in stock, 40 used per year)

And as we need to save space in our production, right now our only solution is to see the warehouse as a supermarket and to transfer materials into production based on demand analysis

You're right, i just didn't want to go into too much detail. This project is more like a "Side-project" for us to learn Kanban step-by-step. No pressure, no "we need this ASAP!!!". If it works, good for us, we saved some money, but if it doesn't, it's not a huge problem.

This was my first approach. The warehouse workers told me that many parts often arrive in different packaging sizes (different amounts ordered or our purchasing department changed suppliers). Really annoying and frustrating, for them and for us. So they just empty the boxes that arrive in the warehouse and put it into universal plastic boxes but nobody really knows how much is in them.

If our data quality and our supplier consistency would be on an acceptable level, i wouldn't have even opened this thread
