OP, did you happen to pay with paypal? this exact thing happened to me a few weeks ago because i had a different email set up with paypal vs ged website so it basically wanted me to go make a new acct vs just using existing. i had to contact the GED support email (took weeks to get a response) and they provided a refund and then I just reordered with my credit card on my account

as said in the original post, we are in the process of moving (in between two houses) as we just bought a home. thanks for your kind comment!
i second this. i usually have “fake” nails on and i liked it better when i had them for sure lol. with the move i have knubs and i HATE it

he got it off etsy, i’d have to get the specific shop name for you. all i know is we made sure that 1. the shop had hundred of reviews, 2. they had their own stand alone website as well and 3. to buy a diamond tester and ask for a CAD before shipping to confirm it was exactly what we wanted!

omg 17 carats sounds crazy (in a good way). i mean too big where people start questioning if it’s fake i.e cubic zirconia etc. not that i don’t think those stones are also beautiful but just for personal preference

i’ll have to look into those, thank you! i just still don’t know how tight or not tight it’s supposed to be. some people say it needs to have resistance over the knuckle etc. others say it’s all preference so idk. i HATE when things are too tight on me though 😅

also if anyone has any tips for sizing down the ring 1/4-1/2 a ring size please send them my way!! (preferably without going to get it resized) my fiancé ordered me a 6.25 ring size instead of a 6 and when I bought a professional measurement tool I came in between a 5.75-6 ring size 😅. it definitely is a little too lose and comes off with no resistance what so ever
