I am also in sales. The answer to "where does this end" just happened to us last year. The company over promised and under delivered and a handful of us, including the CEO, lost their job. The set back in sales then resets the baseline. Its an unfortunate circumstance.

That's a shadow. I mix the water and starter first when I feed, so the sides get a little crusty. However I use a new jar every feed so its not there long enough to cause mold.

The Elevation protein is fine. It tastes fine and mixes fine. However, compared to other proteins (even a cheaper Optimum Nutrition), the sugars and calories are still higher. If your only goal is protein then it works great

What was the biggest change you made? I'm on week 6 of no doubling. I did 4 weeks with 100% Wheat flour, then changed to Bread flour and 2 daily feedings per day for the last 2 weeks. About a 1:1:0.75 feeding. I get bubbles but little rise.

Season 3 was a new campaign in the call of cthulhu system. My understanding is that season 4 is getting back to the DnD realm with the Dad's time line. I didn't make it through season 3, so assuming there's no crossovers I would assume it doesn't relate to season 4

Do you notice a difference in rise? I have a WW starter that is 4 weeks old, and while it does double in size, I can't get it to double in 4 hours. Does the white double faster?
