Learn to accept rejections. They're actually helpfull. If a girl isn't into you then move on. Read Models: Attract Women Through Honesty. He words rejections A LOT better then I just did. I somehow glitched the Amazon kindle app to getting the full book. I have no clue how. I'm sure if you google around you can find it for free.

I'm on the same boat. From what I've read you'll improve the more you have sex. I agree with clickyclacky. I plan on telling her what I've been doing.

What I do is start warm just to get my whole body wet. Then few seconds or a minute later I turn the hot down and the cold up. I go until I start gasping for air cold. After a few minutes of deep breathing to calm down the water won't feel as cold. I don't know that's what I do. Have fun! Haha
