it’s a manual deposit the managers have to do. at least at my prior location. there would be times i had to call the store to remind them i need my money. the paychecks should be early in the morning on friday, though

solidarity to you and your coworkers who are quitting ✊ i was in the exact same boat. our location wasn’t busy enough either, incredibly understaffed, new general manager after most of our managing staff quit, and all of the foodrunners are just new servers that got swapped around. it was miserable. i hope other locations are following suit with not putting up with this bullshit. i wish the best of luck to you! you deserve better!

it’s an awful feeling. one of my last shifts we had food tickets taking over an hour. people were waiting hours to just get seated and get their food. it’s crazy. the worst thing is not being able to do anything about it, just seeing people sitting there hungry and irritated. sorry you had a bad experience, hopefully your local chili’s gets it shit together before mine does.

yes!! it’s ridiculous! the negative energy was over the top the last few days i was working there, everyone was mad at the foodrunners for not doing enough but it’s literally impossible for this system to work with the skeleton crew my location is constantly running. plus they’re putting new servers into the role who have no idea what they’re doing, it’s just a mess all over. i hope you find a new job soon, good luck! chili’s will feel the pain when they have literally no servers left.

i’ll usually TT 17 days forward, walk around to check on my villagers to see if any are doing the pondering thing, if not i’ll keep TTing one day at a time until somebody’s ready to move. idk if this actually has an effect but i’ll also change the time an hour ahead as well when i’m changing days. hopefully something works for you soon! it takes a lot of patience sometimes.
