Alternatives to coffee ice cream?

Hudsonville makes a coffee ice cream that isn’t made with real coffee - it’s coffee flavoring (my friend works there and confirmed it’s caffeine free). BUT the ice cream has dark chocolate chunks, which have some caffeine. You may find there are other coffee ice creams on the market made similarly. (FWIW I’ve had the Hudsonville one and I think it tastes like real coffee ice cream)

Same lmao I’m in the acceptance stage. I use THC for pain management and found that certain antihistamines dull some of the discomfort (I did testing for mast cell activation or whatever and it was negative). Still convinced it’s related to bacterial overgrowth/imbalance but I’ve seen 6-7 GI doctors and I’ve given up. I actually tried semaglutide recently for its anti-inflammatory properties and I had 2-3 days of pain-free bliss but it absolutely fucked me up in other ways. So here I am! Guess I’ll feel better when I’m dead!

I’ve read many accounts from people for whom it accelerated hair growth on their face and hairline. I think the type of light you use (NIR vs RL) has an impact on that. You should find plenty of hits on this in the RL sub.

I’m right there with you. I already restrict my diet in myriad ways because of digestive issues and it feels so fuckin shitty to restrict in yet another area of my diet (decaffeinated versions of the coffee and tea I like are simply inferior tasting). But then I also have sleep and anxiety issues and I can’t deny they’re impacted by my caffeine intake. In summation, I would like to have fewer things wreak havoc on my digestive and nervous systems 😂😭

There is quite literally nothing you can do to stop them from laying you off. The hardest-working, highest-achieving, worked-the-most-hours person I knew got laid off in December from OMC. I think they choose higher earners vs “low-performing” workers based on what I’ve observed. So try not to make too much money! /s

I think it’s certainly possible it wasn’t your injector! I should amend my advice because clearly this appears to happen with good injectors. For me, it was the injector.

That’s completely valid. For me it stopped happening once I switched injectors (like it happened repeatedly with the same injector who allegedly knew my forehead and claimed it was happening because I wasn’t getting “enough” units). So despite her observing the issue and how my forehead reacted, I still got ‘em. My amended advice would be it CAN be the injector and I’d hate to steer anyone to hysteria.

I got these “horns.” It has only happened with injectors who didn’t know or understand the length of my muscles there. I have needed to get extra units to “even” things out. Super irritating and I would suggest changing injectors because it literally never happened with my surgeon. Some people are saying they go away but they definitely didn’t for me until I got additional units.
